Dictator II MILLHOG
The Dictator II MILLHOG performs any degree of bevel on pipe from 4.5" I.D. to 24" O.D. up to 2.0" wall, without cutting fluids. Wide self-centering clamps produce superior clamping force for chatter-free bevels on all types of highly alloyed pipe.
The Dictator II MILLHOG performs any degree of bevel on pipe from 4.5″ (114.3mm) I.D. to 24″ (609.6mm) O.D. up to 2.0″ (50.8mm) wall, without cutting fluids while assuring maximum cutter blade life. It has wide self-centering clamps that produce a superior clamping force for chatter-free bevels on all types of highly alloyed pipe.
As an expansion of the original Dictator, the Dictator II uses a wedge and actuator combined with an expanded cutterhead to cover its large range. In addition to the enlarged cutting and clamping hardware, the Dictator II kit comes with our patented Safety Spring Hanger, a multi-position goose-neck hoist, and a powder-coated stand for easy maneuverability and storage.

Adjustable Tool Post — D-57
The D-57 Adjustable Tool Post allows operators to fine tune their cutting blades to precisely the right position for the most accurate weld prep profiles when using the Commander, Dictator, and Dictator II MILLHOG machines. Features a carriage design as well as the ESCO wedge style blade lock system.
Blade Block — D-52
The Dictator II MILLHOG cutterhead has 4 positions to mount blade blocks so that multiple angles of bevel can be performed at once. Both the basic and complete kits come with 2 blade blocks, but additional blade blocks can be purchased separately.
Torque Multiplier Gear Box — CD-GB
The Torque Multiplier Gear Box fits both the Commander and Dictator and is designed to be easily installed with all motor options. When the Gear Box is attached, the cutterhead rpm is cut in half while torque is doubled.
Right Angle Drive — CD-RA
The Right Angle Drive easily attaches to the Commander or Dictator housing so that the motor can be mounted to the side of the tool, rather than straight.
