ESCO MILLHOG® Welding End Prep Tools include several models for machining compound end preps on tube and pipe from 2” I.D. to 32” O.D., especially heavy wall highly alloyed pipe over 3/4” thick. Featuring formed tool bits with chip breakers that direct heat away from the surface and the EscoLock™ rigid and adjustable bit locking system which permits multi-angle end preps, these tools cut dry and pull a thick chip without cutting fluids.

Pneumatically powered with hydraulic options, ESCO MILLHOG® Welding End Prep Tools all have self-centering mandrels with clamps designed for rigid mounting, use interchangeable TiN coated cutter bits, and provide torque-free operation. All tools include an air hose with quick-connect couplers, an air filter, lubricator, wrench, and carrying cases where appropriate.
