It has the ability to cut boiler panels, tube, pipe, tanks, sheets, and cylindrical structures with ease and leaves no heat-affected-zone to fight through in later stages of fabricating.

Track — TR-5WT
The standard straight track is for use on the APS-438 and APS-438 LP. Standard track length is 5.0' (1.52m) and comes with 3 weld tabs, but custom length tracks can also be ordered. Tracks are set up by tack welding the weld tabs in place using the attached cut-line indicators for reference, and then bolting. Tracks can also be extended using Track Connectors.
Flex Track — TR-FL
The Flex Track works on warped boiler tube panels and is useful on many other applications including contour and serpentine surfaces. Components include a flexible track backing, studded rollers, and a slotted, flexible top plate. Backing is tack welded to the application surface before attaching the top plate with bolts to perfectly match the bend.
Track Connector — TR-TC
Track Connectors connect lengths of straight track to extend travel and cutting distance. These connectors slide on the end of the track and do not require any bolting or fastening for installation.

Wrap tracks are used with the APS-438 LRC or the Universal Pipe Trolley with the APS-438 and APS-438 LP on cylindrical structures such as tube, pipe, and tanks from 6.0" (1.8m) – 60.0" (18.3m). Track is easy to set up and can be adjusted/tightened for pipe with varying dimensions.
Quick Clamp Track System — TR-QC
The Quick Clamp Track System uses a stationary wedge and an adjustable wedge to clamp around boiler tube panels and other smaller applications without welding. Included cut-line indicators attach to the back of the track to aid in proper positioning.
Single Tube Cut-Off Bracket — APS-220
The Single Tube Cut-Off bracket turns the APS-438 and APS-438 LP into a portable chop saw for quickly and accurately cutting pipe, tube, and stock up to 4.0" (101.6mm) O.D.
Universal Pipe Trolley — TR-205
The Universal Pipe Trolley adapts the APS-438 and APS-438 LP so they can operate on EscoWrap tracks. The system uses the chassis brake on the saws to lock it into place on the trolley and is fully adjustable for firm mounting and smooth movement.
Membrane Bracket — APS-218
The Membrane Bracket slides onto the straight track and the APS-438 or APS-438 LP is mounted for quickly removing membrane from between tubes. The Membrane Bracket track can be set up in two different positions depending on space restrictions.
APS Guards — See size chart
Depending on the application, different sized guards can be necessary for safe operation of the APS saws. These guards come with mounting hardware and are installed in minutes. APS guards fit all models of APS saws and can be changed based on the cutting blade or space restrictions.
