ESCO Tool Rolling Motors and Tube Expanders are used for fabricating and maintaining boilers, heat exchangers, and condensers. Available in three torque options with both straight and flared roll capabilities.

ESCO Tool Rolling Motors and Tube Expanders are used for fabricating and maintaining boilers, heat exchangers, and condensers. Our rolling motors come in a variety of torque options and have capabilities of performing both straight and flared rolls for the most accurate and tightest bond to the tube sheet.

Like all of ESCO Tool’s rental equipment, every tool/machine is completely taken apart, scrubbed clean, reassembled, and tested after every job. Rolling motors are set up on our torque testing unit to assure the highest level of functionality before they make it to your site.

Flare Roll Expanders

If tube sheet thickness exceeds 2.75" / 69.9mm, a straight roller will most likely be needed to finish the "un-flared" side of the tube sheet. Please consult factory with any questions. The "xx" in part numbers represents roll length — see Roll Length chart for options. Example: KS-96 with a 50mm roll set is part # KS-9650; roller part # is RR35RK23/50.
