All MILLHOG® end prep tool Cutterheads feature the EscoLock Blade Lock system that hold the Cutter Blades rigidly in place, reduce vibration and heat on the cutting edge resulting in superior Cutter Blade life without cutting oils.
Cutterheads can hold up to three different Cutter Blades at one time to simultaneously bevel, face and bore. Cutterheads are available in several sizes, 2.625in, 3in & 3.500in, 4in & 4.500in. The 2.625in Cutterhead is the same width as the right angle Gear Head and allows it to fit into tight areas. Cutterheads are easily changed and have a range that starts with the Mandrel size and extends to the outer diameter of its size. The H-242 Cutterhead is for the .750in Mandrel and has a diameter of 2.625in. The CH-20 Cutterheads work with both the 1in Mandrel and 1.250in Mandrel and the CH-21, CH-22 CH-23 & CH-24 Cutterheads are for the 1.250in Mandrel.
