Clamp Ribs expand on the Mandrel and attach the tool directly to the tube I.D. H Series Clamp Ribs use Clamp Pads to efficiently increase their range.
The G-03A Clamp Ribs feature a slot that a Retention Band is slid through to shield it from the tube I.D., scale and burrs. Like the G-04 – G-13 Clamp Ribs, that use double Retention Springs, the New G Series Clamp Ribs and Retention Band keep the Clamp Ribs secured to the Actuator and Mandrel and provide superior clamp retention security.
The H Series combination of Clamp Ribs and Clamp Pads cover a range of 1.250in I.D. to over 4.400in I.D. with only six sets of clamps and achieves a large clamping range with a minimum of components. All Clamp Ribs and Clamp Pads are Precision Machined, Heat Treated and Securely Fasten the Wart to the tube or pipe I.D. for torque free end prepping.
