New G Series Clamp Ribs feature an improved retention method and like all Clamp Ribs they attach the tool directly to the tube I.D.
The G-01A, G-02A and G-03A Clamp Ribs feature a slot that an improved Retention Band is slid through and shields it from the tube I.D., scale and burrs. Like the G-04 – G-13 Clamp Ribs, that use double Retention Springs, the New G Series Clamp Ribs and Retention Band keep the Clamp Ribs secured to the Actuator and Mandrel and provides superior clamp retention security. All Clamp Ribs are precision machined, heat treated and securely fasten the Ground to the tube or pipe I.D. for torque free end prepping.
