The Ground MILLHOG® Air Clamp End Prep Tool features air-actuated clamping which provides instant attach-and-release to the tube I.D. for improving tube sheet facing productivity by up to 600% over manual attachment methods.
Developed for repetitive end preps on the same size tube, this lightweight tool can bevel, face, and bore in one operation with ±0.002” accuracy.
Suitable for tubes from 0.5” I.D. to 2.25” O.D., the Ground MILLHOG® Air Clamp End Prep Tool has a steel housing with an integral radial-thrust ball bearing and uses TiN coated cutter blades to produce a smooth, continuous chip. Totally sealed to permit use in any orientation, it runs on 90 psi air, is self-centering, torque-free, and provides chatter-free operation.
