The MILLHOG® Dictator 24 Heavy Wall End Prep Tool clamps to the pipe I.D. and compensates for out-of-round pipe by employing a center cage mounting sleeve with a dial indicator that establishes the pipe’s actual center. Featuring a ratchet cross-feed that can hold one- or two cutting bits, the user can set up a template that guides the bit(s) for compound beveling pipe up to 24” dia. pipe without the need for adjustments.
Delivering 4,000 ft.-lbs. of torque, the MILLHOGâ Dictator 24 Heavy Wall End Prep Tool is suitable for pipe lines, steam lines and high pressure pipe made from made from virtually any hard alloy. The cutting bits are made of TiN coated high speed tool steel and the tool has dual opposed tapered roller bearings for maximum rigidity.
